Wherever you go you have to pass through Bangkok.   Big city with many different areas to fit everyones needs.  Hostels, hotels, inn’s, B&B’s, you name it they have.  Try to visit as many markets and temples you can.  You can easily spend a week here checking out all the different areas.   Bangkok is the center point for all travel around Thailand.  This is where most people start and finish their travels.

There are many different routes that people follow out of Bangkok.  Either to the north to Chiang Mia or south to one of the many islands.  Both routes have very different things to offer.  You can’t go wrong in either direction.  If you have come to Thailand to travel the country will need at least a month or more to fully enjoy each area.
